About the role
- ICF is seeking an Outreach Manager based in Georgia to assist in the delivery of commercial energy efficiency programs.
- The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a pipeline of existing energy efficiency projects and recruiting new participants into the programs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in (Business Admin, Communications, Energy, Engineering, or closely related fields) and
- 2+ years of utility, energy efficiency, or equivalent trade experience
- 6+ years of utility, energy efficiency, or equivalent trade experience
- Must be able to successfully pass background check and drug screening

Nice to have
- Demonstrated experience working with commercial and/or industrial companies preferred
- Ability to mentor and motivate junior staff
- Experience with energy efficiency technologies and practices is highly desirable
- Economic analysis and familiarity with energy efficiency program implementation
- Knowledge of the existing network of distributors, contractors and construction companies serving the southeast
- Experience working on successful energy efficiency programs
- Utility experience and understanding of Demand Side Management (DSM) program implementation
- Certified Energy Managers, Certified Lighting Professionals, or Certified Energy Auditors
Skills
- Conduct surveys and inspections of energy efficiency projects to verify equipment installation and operation.
Compensation
- Although the posted range below is broader, this position is anticipated to offer a base salary in the $84,000 to $105,500 range. Actual compensation may vary based on the candidate's location, experience, and other relevant factors.
- The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
- $81,499.00 - $138,549.00
