About the role
- pureIntegration is a digital engineering, consulting and professional services firm headquartered in the Washington, DC area, serving media, entertainment, and connectivity companies for more than 20 years.
- In this position, you will play an essential role in driving the successful execution of our technical and IT projects.
- You will be the driving force behind planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Own the daily operational execution of technical projects, with a focus on requirements clarity, story management, and backlog grooming.
- Support lean, efficient sprint management through daily standups, prioritization, and milestone tracking-particularly with offshore teams in varied time zones.
- Maintain up-to-date sprint boards, proactively flagging blockers or dependencies to the Program Manager.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and QA leads to ensure work is technically feasible, scoped appropriately, and aligned with release goals.
- Monitor sprint performance and velocity, and support continuous improvement through retrospectives and agile best practices.
- Ability to write, manage, and prioritize detailed user stories and technical requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience in Cable or Ad Tech industries is required.
Nice to have
- Comfortable working with offshore engineering teams
- experience managing across time zones is a plus.
Compensation
- The annual base salary range is $180,000 - $200,000.
