Perform preventative and routine maintenance on building support systems' equipment and troubleshoot problems, including carpentry, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration.
Maintain accurate records for reporting and Audits.

Current or prior Invitae/Labcorp facilities experience
Additional Job Standards:
Familiarity with facilities ticketing systems
Experience supporting projects or workplace operations
Use of standard tools (Hammer, socket wrench, saws, etc.).
Ability to operate pallet jacks, dollies, scissor lifts, and forklifts.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams

Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
