About the role
- Join 2020 Companies as a Retail Engagement Specialist and play a key role in building retail partner relationships, increasing program visibility, and supporting business growth across your territory!
- $25 per hour plus 10% Monthly Bonus Opportunity
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
- Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store
- Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems
- Independent work style with strong support from leadership and training teams
- Paid training and onboarding support
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required
- Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. at a time
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
- Reliable transportation within assigned territory
Nice to have
- Prior retail, sales, field marketing, or customer-facing experience is a plus
Compensation
- $25 per hour plus 10% Monthly Bonus Opportunity
