About the role
- Access to high-quality musculoskeletal (MSK) care is often fragmented and difficult to navigate.
- In your first 3 months: You will master the Hinge Health provider value proposition and map the high-priority provider landscape in your territory.
- In your first 6 months: You will close your first provider network contracts, navigating complex negotiations with legal and clinical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Desire to learn, grow, develop, and eventually mentor future team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree and at least 5 years work experience.
- Comfortable working with the ambiguity of a fast-paced startup, with demonstrated ability to innovate and solve problems creatively.
- Experience with clinical quality and price transparency tools
- Experience with provider network adequacy tools
- Experience with physical therapy and/or orthopedic clinical solutions or provider community
Skills
- Excellent strategic territory management, prospecting, project management, organization, and communication skills.
