Demonstrates grit, work ethic, and motor to proactively pursue goals and drive impact.
Effectively balances relationship-building with an ability to hunt and discover new business within a large book of accounts, currently managing 30-35 clients.
Strong communicator who influences and builds trust across stakeholders at multiple levels.
Manage a broad book of business, with a focus on new business hunting (100% outbound).
Collaborate with internal teams-including Professional Services, Implementation, and Subject Matter Experts-to align solutions with client needs.

Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt, with examples of overcoming skill gaps through manager collaboration.
3 years of successful individual sales experience with at least 1 year in a hunter closing role.
Familiarity with MEDDIC sales methodology and Salesforce.com or comparable CRM platforms.
