About the role
- This person is responsible for all things related to the general supervision of Clinical Laboratory personnel and the daily operations of the Analytical Laboratory.
- The Clinical Laboratory General Supervisor will often be the first point of contact for CLSs and Laboratory Associates during laboratory processing and will provide guidance while troubleshooting complex problems.
- The role reports to the Senior Director, Laboratory Operations.
Requirements
- Periodic weekend rotations will be required for approximately 6 months.
- Bachelor of Arts or Science in Biomedical Laboratory Science, Clinical Science or related field
- Strong understanding of good laboratory practices and regulatory compliance
Compensation
- The US target range of our base salary rate for new hires is $166,250 - $194,775.
- Performing annual review of SOPs and work instructions
