Hourly: $21.40 - $24.50 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.) About This Job The main purpose of this job is to be responsible for the timely delivery, review, and cure of mortgage loan collateral following closing.
This role ensures complete, accurate, and compliant final loan documentation is received, reviewed, recorded, and delivered to investors and custodians within required timelines.
The position works closely with investors, title companies, secondary marketing, servicing, and internal operations to support loan purchase, pooling, and servicing transfer activities.
Ensure curative actions are completed within investor‑required timelines to mitigate risk and cost Ensure Shipping documentation complies with federal, state, agency, and investor guidelines Pay USDA Guaranty fees and support post‑closing government loan requirements as applicable.
Image, index, and maintain final documents accurately in the Loan Origination System.
Maintain audit‑ready loan files with clear documentation and resolution notes.
