About the role

  • Monumental Sports & Entertainment (MSE) is one of the largest integrated sports and entertainment companies in the country with one of the most diverse partnership groups in all of sports.
  • Additionally, it holds a significant investment in a seventh professional team, Team Liquid, an endemic esports team owned and operated by aXiomatic, in which MSE is an investor.
  • In September 2022, MSE acquired the regional sports network, then-called NBC Sports Washington and newly rebranded as Monumental Sports Network.

Responsibilities

  • Support part-time staff operations, including event check-in, staffing logistics, and general event preparation.
  • Help maintain accurate staff and event records.
  • Assist with scheduling support and administrative tasks using internal systems (e.g., ABI, incident reporting tools, training platforms).
  • Contribute to the preparation of event materials such as signage, staffing sheets, and operational documents.
  • Support inventory management, including uniforms and event-related supplies.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure smooth event execution.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's/master's degree, preferably in Sports Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
