Responsibilities
- Own Global Settlements: Manage day-to-day global payout operations for CANVAS creators, transforming our current monthly cycle into a highly efficient, scalable process.
- Champion Creator Success: Act as the primary point of contact for payment-related CS inquiries, guiding creators through payment method registration, troubleshooting payout delays, and building clear, self-service help guides.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Finance, Planning, and Engineering teams to diagnose system errors, patch operational gaps, and advocate for system automation.
- Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify system operational gaps, analyze process inefficiencies, and implement swift, accurate resolutions.
- WEBTOON Entertainment adaptations are available on Netflix, Prime Video, Crunchyroll, and other screens around the world, and the company's content partners include Discord, HYBE, and DC Comics, among many others.

Requirements
- Professional-level proficiency in both written and verbal communication is required to collaborate effectively with South Korea-based engineering and product teams.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively across diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders, including finance, product management, and engineering teams.
- Bilingual Fluency (English and Korean): Professional-level proficiency in both written and verbal communication is required to collaborate effectively with South Korea-based engineering and product teams.
