Responsibilities

  • Manage complex, ever-shifting calendars for key executives, prioritizing meetings with a high level of awareness of business needs.
  • Own the day-to-day operations of our Detroit office, including vendor management, supply procurement, and ensuring the space is always client-ready.

Requirements

  • WHAT YOU HAVE Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar administrative role in a fast-growing company.
  • High proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Slides) and Slack.
  • you can distill complex plans into simple updates.

Compensation

  • The US base salary for this full-time position is determined by role, level, and location.
  • Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
