About the role

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by designing, implementing and executing comprehensive testing strategies, including setting up and managing regression and automated testing processes.
  • As a dual-role contributor, the candidate will also facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, ensuring smooth collaboration within the team and driving projects to successful completion.
  • Duties and responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to the following:

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive testing strategy,
  • Write detailed test plans, create test cases and schedules, and execute tests
  • Identify, document, and track software defects via Azure DevOps through
  • Establish and manage regression test suites to verify that new code changes do not

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology AND 3+ years of experience as a QA
  • 7+ years of equivalent work experience as a QA Analyst with hands-on experience in automated testing
  • Must be able to prepare acceptance test plans, test cases, and QA processes and work directly with
  • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States for The Battery Network, with or without
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodology, Microsoft DevOps experience preferred.

Nice to have

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB Certified Tester) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud architecture (Microsoft Business Dynamics ERP/CRM experience a plus).
  • General experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and practices preferred.
  • Experience with test management tools (e.g., MS DevOps, TestRail) and defect tracking systems.
  • Experience implementing Regression Testing a plus.
  • Experience with Power BI is a plus.
