About the role

THIS IS AN ONSITE ROLE MONDAY - FRIDAY WITH HOURS 10AM - 7PM THAT REQUIRES FLEXIBIITY FOR A MULTIPLE SHIFT OPERATION**
Under supervision, the Associate HRG provides guidance and solutions on human resources operational issues.
In addition, this individual serves as contact for employees and answers questions regarding HR policies and procedures.

Provide support activity for human resources including the maintenance and reporting of employee and employee related information.
Partner with HR management when conducting local level investigations and resolving team member issues. Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management. Represent the company, when needed, at unemployment hearings.
Assist managers with administration of Worker's Compensation policies and procedures. Take lead role in ensuring that employees are returned to work as soon as possible.
Work with HR management and managers to determine training needs. Compile data and analyze past and current year training requirements. Support implementation of training programs.
HR support or administration experience.

Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.

$58,000.00 - $87,000.00 Annual
The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.
This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible.
Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
Ensure internal consistency and worth in administering job evaluations and compensation programs. Facilitate organization development and job evaluation processes. Assist local managers with salary and wage administration to ensure pay consistency and equity.
