About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end strategy and delivery of AI-enabled healthcare products that solve real clinical and operational problems.
This role requires strong product judgment, comfort operating in ambiguity, and the ability to partner closely with clinical leaders, customers, and internal teams in a fast-growing environment.
The ideal candidate has hands-on healthcare product management experience, understands EMR workflows, and can translate customer and clinical needs into clear product requirements and business value.

Own Product Strategy, Value, and Outcomes
Own products end to end - from problem discovery and business case development through delivery, launch, and ongoing value realization.
Own requirements for new product waves and enhancements, balancing speed, quality, and regulatory considerations.

Experience owning products end to end in complex, regulated environments.

Required
8+ years of product management experience, with direct experience building healthcare products (not revenue cycle or back-office-only systems).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Management, Business or a related field.
Hands-on exposure to EMR/EHR systems and clinical workflows.
Strong customer-facing experience working with operators, clinicians, and physician leaders.
Working understanding of AI-enabled product workflows, with the ability to partner effectively with AI and data science teams.
Excellent communication skills, including presenting product strategy to senior and clinical leadership.
Ability to operate in ambiguity, manage change, and stay effective in fast-moving environments.

Experience partnering closely with dedicated AI or prompt-engineering teams.
Familiarity with agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Aha, and Miro.
