About the role
- We are looking for technicians/mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude.
- The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what's right for our guest.
Responsibilities
- Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
- Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results
- Drive manual transmissions vehicles
- CBA shops also offer their technicians a consistent workload, free training, full-time live technician support, and access to our private Technician Assistance Center.
- At CBA Kalamazoo, Technicians have access to OEM diagnostics, programming scan tools, and advanced aftermarket diagnostic equipment; there is no need to supply or maintain your own scan tools.
- Real-Time Automotive Technical Support
- Chaplain Care Support Available
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- If you are hired for this position, you also understand and acknowledge that the local franchisee will be your employer and that CBAC will not be your employer.
Nice to have
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
Skills
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
