- This role contributes to safe, efficient, and patient-centered care delivery by supporting medication dispensing, inventory management, patient access, and coordination of pharmacist-delivered clinical services.

Responsibilities
- Medication Preparation & Dispensing Support
- Support prescription processing, including transfers and documentation
- Conduct patient outreach to support medication adherence and continuity of care
- Support timely patient access to medications and services through: a) Prescription intake and processing b) Insurance adjudication and resolution of claim rejections c) Coordination of refills, medication synchronization, and medication pick-up or delivery
- Manage medication and supply inventory, including ordering, receiving, and restocking
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in inventory audits
- Support controlled substance processes in accordance with policy and regulations
- Billing & Administrative Support
- Support point-of-sale transactions and cash handling procedures
Nice to have
- Minimum 1 year of pharmacy technician experience preferred
