About the role

  • The Energy Storage System (ESS) Operator is responsible for supporting the assembly, operation, and basic troubleshooting of energy storage systems.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret basic mechanical and electrical drawings to support system build and troubleshooting
  • Perform routine inspections and self-checks to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, issues identified, and corrective actions taken
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area following 5S principles
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and team-based problem-solving

Requirements

  • This role requires foundational electrical knowledge, the ability to follow assembly procedures, and a strong commitment to quality and workplace organization.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in manufacturing, battery systems, or electrical assembly
  • Exposure to renewable energy or energy storage systems
  • Basic troubleshooting or diagnostic experience
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
