About the role

Participate in clinical handoffs and continuity processes to ensure safe follow-up for cases that extend beyond a single interaction.
Ensure compliance with documentation, prescribing, and supervision/collaboration standards across multiple states for cases escalated or reviewed while on shift.
Participate in audits, compliance reviews, and quality improvement initiatives as needed.

Deliver evidence-based care across common urgent and primary-care presentations, coordinating referrals, imaging/labs, prescriptions, and follow-up as clinically indicated.
Be available for real-time telephonic/video/electronic consultation with APPs during the on-call period for case discussion, escalation support, and clinical guidance.

Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience.
Knowledge of OSHA and Workers Compensation regulations.
Familiarity with multi-state telehealth regulations and APP scope of practice laws.
Ability to use fine motor skills to operate computers, office equipment and/or machinery.
