Responsibilities
- Define and lead the regional channels and alliances strategy to drive revenue, market expansion, and partner success.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners.
- Own partner performance: pipeline, enablement, co-selling, and revenue contribution.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services teams to align and execute joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Negotiate partner agreements in line with business and legal objectives.
- Lead and develop a high-performing regional alliances team.
- Serve as a key voice to executive leadership on partner performance, market dynamics, and strategic opportunities.

Requirements
- 15+ years in channels, alliances, or business development leadership roles within the enterprise software industry.
- Proven success leading partner strategy and execution in a high-growth or global SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of the system integrator and reseller landscape in the Americas.
- Exceptional leadership, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience and strategic mindset.
- Experience driving partner enablement and joint go-to-market programs.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
- USA: $163,000- $233,000 + Commission
- In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
