About the role
- We're looking for a high-potential, early-career operator to work directly alongside the founders and senior leadership team - embedded at the center of how CIAL thinks, decides, and executes.
- This is not a traditional corporate role.
- This is a hands-on execution role for someone who is exceptionally sharp, naturally curious, highly organized, and native to AI tools and modern cloud workflows.
Responsibilities
- Execution Partner to Leadership
- Build drafts of strategies, documents, frameworks, and analyses
- Support new initiatives, partnerships, and growth opportunities as they emerge
- Build simple, durable systems, workflows, and processes that make the team more effective
- Native user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and similar) - you already use them daily, not occasionally, for building and agentic flows, not just chat
- This role is designed to accelerate you.
