Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Product Officer and VP of Business Development.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and coordinate meeting logistics.
- Support organization of sales, business development, and marketing initiatives by tracking priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Assist with preparing investor or partner updates related to commercial growth and partnerships.
- Help ensure important documents, presentations, and resources are organized and accessible.
- Create, edit, and organize documents such as reports, presentations, and research summaries.
- Help track budgets, expenses, and key operational documents as needed.
Requirements
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements as required.
- Support logistics for visitors, partners, or events involving the executive team when required.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience supporting leadership teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time-management abilities.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with tools such as Google Workspace, project management tools, and presentation software.
- Strong professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise.
