  • What began as a handful of carts in NYC is now 100+ locations with a cult following across New York, DC, Boston, and London, and we're just getting started.
  • You're the heartbeat of the store: keeping the floor moving, holding the bar high, and making sure the team shows up as the best version of themselves every single shift.

Responsibilities

  • We're building the team that will define Blank Street in LA.
  • Shift Leads at Blank Street don't just run shifts, they set the standard.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in a customer service leadership position, preferably in hospitality or coffee
  • 18+ years of age
  • Full Time: 30-40 hours per week, 4-5 days per week and must be able to work 2 peak days (peak days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Nice to have

  • $24.00/hour plus tips

Compensation

  • $30k-$40k
