Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain modern React-based web applications that support mission-critical business processes and provide exceptional user experiences across multiple user communities.
  • Build responsive, accessible, and high-performing interfaces that function seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices while adhering to modern web development standards.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, designers, and technical teams to translate business requirements into intuitive and scalable user interface solutions.
  • Develop reusable components, application frameworks, and front-end architectures that improve maintainability, consistency, and long-term scalability across the platform.
  • Integrate front-end applications with enterprise APIs, authentication services, workflow platforms, document repositories, and cloud-based services.
  • Implement secure authentication and authorization capabilities utilizing Azure Active Directory B2C and modern identity management technologies.
  • Support accessibility initiatives by developing solutions aligned with WCAG 2.1 AA standards and government accessibility requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
  • Seven (7) or more years of front-end development experience supporting enterprise web applications and large-scale business systems.
  • Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs, backend services, authentication platforms, and enterprise systems.
  • Knowledge of software development best practices including testing, version control, source code management, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of web accessibility standards, usability principles, and responsive design concepts.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience implementing Azure Active Directory B2C authentication solutions, user registration workflows, role-based access controls, and identity management capabilities.
  • Work on high-impact projects across federal and commercial clients.
