Responsibilities
- Support customer, stakeholder, and expert interviews by preparing guides, capturing findings, and synthesizing themes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support workshops, project planning, scoping, and client-ready strategic outputs.
- Experience conducting primary and secondary research, including interview support, data gathering, and synthesis into actionable insights.

- The Consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams across strategy, behavioral science, digital, data, and AI/ML to support work from strategy through market testing.
Requirements
- Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative inputs and translating findings into presentations, reports, or strategic recommendations.
- Experience supporting client workshops, requirements gathering, or alignment sessions with documented outcomes or decisions.
- Experience with design thinking, foresight, future thinking, or co-creation methods in client or project settings.

Compensation
- The base salary range for this position is between CAD $100,000 - $120,000.
