About the role

- Administers prescribed nursing interventions under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Assists with the transportation of patients throughout the hospital.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with the multidisciplinary treatment team to support patient care in alignment with the treatment model of the unit.
- Collects and documents patient data, including obtaining vital signs, as directed by RN.
- Delivers comfort measures including patient positioning and providing additional blankets or pillows.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Training or coursework in behavioral health field preferred.
Skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions.
- Licensure BLS for Provider certification from the American Heart Association required.
- Pay Range USD $21.70 - USD $29.39 /Hr.
