About the role
- The primary location for this role is remote, with quarterly travel.
- Expected schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm PST.
- The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for the day-to-day operations medication management services within the designated region.
Responsibilities
- Document/report adverse drug events (ADEs), medication allergies and medication errors per procedure.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited college/university of pharmacy (Pharm.D) required
- Active license in Washington or California required
- Washington or California state license required.
Nice to have
- Completion of ASHP accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency, preferred settings include pediatric or ambulatory care, required
- Completion of an ASHP accredited PGY-2 Pediatric or Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency, preferred
- Board Certified Pediatric Pharmacy Specialist (BCPPS), Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS), OR Board-Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacists (BCACP), preferred
- Applicants who are not board-certified will need to be eligible for board-certification in a preferred specialty area and will be expected to pursue and successfully achieve certification within an agreed upon period
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Pediatric or ambulatory care setting strongly preferred
Compensation
- This role offers a base salary range of $130,000 - $150,000 in addition to annual bonus incentive, competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable).

- Assist with medication access management services between the patient, pharmacy, insurance, and medical provider through oversite and support of the region Medication Support Navigator.
- Document encounters in the patient electronic medical record, including closed-loop communication with patient care team.
- Promote the practice of evidence-based, cost-effective medication management by keeping abreast of new drugs, devices, and medical literature.
