Job Description: Procurement Manager Summary The position of Procurement Manager is responsible for the procurement programs and procedures for the project, under the direction and supervision of the Project Controls Manager.

Manage and direct the procurement team's duties and tasks related to department functions.
E stablish, implement, evaluate, and modify purchasing policies and procedures.
Analyze performance and workload data, propose changes to the Project Controls Manager, and develop and implement procedural changes, new methods, or automated systems as appropriate agreed with the Project Controls Manager, in order to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the purchasing.
Develop standardized specifications for the purchasing of commodities used by several departments.
Ferrovial Construction is internationally recognized for its capacity to design and build civil engineering and construction projects, mainly in large transportation infrastructure.

Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of five ( 5 ) years of experience of progressive responsibility in similar positions.
Experience performing contract administration functions for heavy civil construction projects.
