About the role
- Next Generation, Inc. (NGI), an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking an experienced CRM Data Migration Specialist to assist our clients' technical teams in migrating 15 years of legacy Siebel CRM data, including file attachments, into a new ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) platform.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Siebel data structures, large-scale data extraction, and the development of RESTful APIs for ingestion into enterprise platforms.
Requirements
- Work with our client's technical teams to export 15 years of Siebel Legacy CRM data, ensuring completeness and accuracy, including all file attachments.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Siebel CRM data extraction and migration projects.
- Strong expertise in RESTful API development, integration, and consumption.
- Experience with ServiceNow CSM data structures and ingestion processes.
- Proficiency in SQL and database query optimization for large datasets.
- Strong understanding of ETL processes, data mapping, and transformation.
- Experience working with large-scale data sets including file attachments.
- Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
Skills
- Prior experience migrating from Siebel to ServiceNow or similar CRM systems.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell for automation.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or related certification.
- Experience with cloud-based integration and deployment strategies.
Compensation
- $65k-$75k
Benefits
- Competitive Consultant pay range based on experience and education of approximately $65-$75 Hourly USD
