Responsibilities

  • Own the full ERP partner lifecycle from identification and recruitment through enablement and revenue performance.
  • You move before you are asked and measure yourself by partner-sourced pipeline and closed business, not partner calls held.
  • Build and execute a comprehensive ERP partner strategy aligned to Celigo's business goals.
  • Define and drive joint go-to-market strategies with ERP partners, including co-marketing, co-selling, and solution integration.
  • Develop compelling business cases, bring internal stakeholders along, and iterate the GTM motion based on what is actually working in the field.
  • When internal alignment is missing, you build it.
  • Enable ERP partners to confidently market, sell, and support Celigo's integrated solutions.
  • When a partner is stuck, you identify the obstacle and remove it without waiting for someone to assign it to you.
  • Use AI to research and prioritize target ERP partners faster, surface performance insights across the portfolio, and draft partner enablement materials and business cases with greater speed.
  • Monitor KPIs across the partner portfolio, manage contract negotiations and renewals, and continuously refine the ERP program based on data and real partner feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5 or more years of experience in alliances, business development, or channel management, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS ecosystems, cloud platforms, and enterprise software solutions.

Compensation

  • Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $100,000 and $140,000 per year for this position.
