About the role

  • You will serve as the owner of program execution-driving clarity, alignment, predictability, and accountability across engineering, product, operations, security, and government stakeholders.
  • You will operate at the intersection of technical execution and program leadership, maintaining authority over delivery plans, escalation paths, and cross-functional dependencies.

Responsibilities

  • Own program execution: define delivery plans, manage scope and milestones, and drive accountability across engineering and cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in architectural discussions, highlighting risks, identifying gaps, and ensuring decisions support delivery timelines, security posture, and system reliability.
  • Manage and resolve cross-team dependencies across software engineering, QA, security, compliance, and operations
  • maintain a real-time dependency map for all initiatives.
  • Track program performance using execution metrics (velocity, predictability, defect trends, release readiness) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, tradeoffs, and blockers
  • Support proposal writing, contract execution, and customer briefings, including evolving requirements, baselines, and contractual milestones.
  • Manage and resolve cross-team dependencies across software engineering, QA, security, compliance, and operations; maintain a real-time dependency map for all initiatives.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, tradeoffs, and blockers; escalate and recommend decisions when schedule, scope, or resources misalign.
  • Be the offset. We create asymmetric advantages with creativity and ingenuity.

  • Ensure compliance with government standards and secure development practices (e.g., ATO, RMF, NIST 800-171, DFARS).
  • Thrive in a high-ambiguity, fast-paced environment, creating structure, clarity, and alignment where needed.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, software engineering, or related technical leadership roles.
  • Proven track record leading execution of complex SaaS or mission-critical systems
  • experience with defense, aerospace, or dual-use technology strongly preferred.
