About the role
- This role is ideal for a licensed PT who enjoys variety in their workday and is comfortable adapting to different clinic environments and patient populations.

Responsibilities
- Develop a personalized treatment plan with measurable goals and alter as needed.
- Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- A network of over 1200 clinics from coast to coast, 26 brand partners, that leads the outpatient physical therapy field.
- The Floater PT will provide high-quality, evidence-based care ensuring seamless support between our teams on the eastern side of Louisville clinics.
Compensation
- Company Paid Life Insurance (1x base salary)
- $1500 annual CE dollars plus unlimited use of MedBridge

- Float between outpatient clinics within the designated region to provide coverage for vacations, leaves, or increased patient volume.
- Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and home programs to support recovery and long-term wellness.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
