About the role

This is a full-time position in the Düsseldorf metropolitan area, Germany (partial work from home is possible).
Taking over one of the squad roles: Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Product Owner, Frontend Expert, or Machine Learning Engineer.

Lead the Data & Analytics team, managing them in accordance with agile values and principles, ensuring efficient project delivery and optimal performance.
Foster the growth and development of your team members, and closely collaborate with a Product Owner and Chapter Leads.
Strike a balance between people management responsibilities and hands-on technical tasks, ensuring a 50/50 split to drive both team cohesion and project success.
Collaborate with business partners to devise innovative strategies and solutions, leveraging cutting-edge techniques and tools to meet and exceed business objectives.
