About the role
- The Senior Manager Revenue Accounting will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing complex revenue transactions ensuring appropriate ASC 606 accounting treatment is applied.
- Management of an accurate and timely month-end and quarter-end close cycle, annual audit cycles, ensuring an effective control environment, leading and mentoring a primarily remote team (internal, as well as external contractors).

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the execution of quarterly reviews and year-end financial audits by external auditors related to revenue. Including compliance with internal control processes.
- Lead and manage month-end and quarter-end close activities
- Participate in the design and implementation of scalable revenue processes and systems that support growth and operational efficiency. Drive continuous process improvement through automation, AI-enabled solutions, and data analytics.
- Work cross-functionally with key internal business partners, such as I.T., Business Process Operations, Order Management, Deal Mechanics, FP&A, and Legal on ongoing initiatives.
- Lead and manage month-end and quarter-end close activities; revenue transaction reviews, manual process analyses, and account reconciliations.
- Lead and manage the execution of quarterly reviews and year-end financial audits by external auditors related to revenue.
- Participate in the design and implementation of scalable revenue processes and systems that support growth and operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous process improvement through automation, AI-enabled solutions, and data analytics.
Requirements
- Prior experience with revenue close operations and reconciliation process
- Deep expertise in ASC 606
- Experience in hiring, managing, and mentoring high performing teams
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and business partnering skills with demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and at various levels within a company
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Strong background in revenue systems and automation initiatives
- Must be self-motivated, flexible, deadline-oriented, and have the ability to independently drive projects to completion
- Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges.
