About the role

Thea Energy is looking for an experienced, highly motivated executive to define the global supply chain strategy for commercial fusion power.

Develop and execute the long-term global supply chain and procurement strategy to support Thea Energy's rapid growth and commercialization roadmap
Plan the hiring strategy and build a world-class supply chain organization, inclusive of sourcing, subcontracts management, supplier management, inventory/warehouse and logistics
Manage and develop company policies, programs, and procedures for inventory control, logistics, and vendor management, evolving these processes as the company grows
Work with the Company's leadership to support employee growth & development and ensure supply chain needs are integrated into engineering and financial planning

The company is reinventing the stellarator using computer-controlled arrays of planar coils thereby replacing the intricate, complex modular magnets required in all other stellarator architectures.
This role will have a high degree of autonomy, and the ideal candidate must be able to move quickly to secure and manage critical path components in a competitive global market.
