Responsibilities
- include collaborating cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Product Development & Engineering (PD&E), Maintenance, Purchasing, and Quality Assurance to support efficient production processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- As a member of the Boston Whaler team, this role provides manufacturing engineering support to Assembly Operations.
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and understand production processes
- Proficiency with Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office applications
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree (A.S.) in Engineering or a related field preferred
- Experience with AS400/Profound systems preferred
Skills
- Review and process PACE suggestions, ensuring timely evaluation and closure.
- Adhere to and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Compensation
- decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.
- In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
- $43,200 - $59,900
