Responsibilities
- Own the issue resolution process by independently investigating, escalating, addressing, and resolving client complaints, concerns, and workflow issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a similar field, combined with at least 3 to 5 years of related business experience or training in client service.
- Must possess the ability to be diplomatic with challenging clients, showing excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills to effectively present information to groups and management.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, participative, and team-oriented environment, managing projects independently from inception through final delivery in a fast-paced setting.
Compensation
- Manage one or more client accounts with several million dollars in annual revenue by mastering the client's business processes and organization to provide excellent service.
