About the role

  • This role works closely with project teams to ensure systems such as HVAC, controls, and associated infrastructure are properly installed, tested, and fully operational prior to turnover.

Responsibilities

  • Create daily and weekly Cx reports that support client turnover and acceptance.

Requirements

  • Overtime may be required
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Nice to have

  • Experience in mission critical or large scale commercial projects.
  • Background in HVAC, Controls, Operations, or Mechanical Field Services.
  • Any industry trade certifications or licenses are a plus.
  • Experience with construction/commissioning software ACC, procore, CxAlloy, Etc.
