About the role
- The Senior Manager, Benefits is responsible for leading the administration, governance, and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs across the U.S. and global locations. This role provides leadership for benefits operations, vendor management, and cross-functional initiatives while ensuring programs are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and with a strong employee experience. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with deep benefits expertise and a track record of driving operational excellence and process improvement.
- What the Candidate Will Do
- Lead the administration and ongoing management of health, welfare, retirement, leave, and wellbeing programs.
Responsibilities
- Uber Freight works with 1 in 3 Fortune 500 shippers across North America and manages over $17B in freight.
- Partner with Employee Experience, Payroll, HRIS, Finance, Legal, and HR leadership to drive operational excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- Experience managing complex vendor relationships, including brokers, consultants, carriers, and third-party administrators.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Payroll, HRIS, Finance, and Legal.
- Experience leading operational improvement or transformation initiatives.

Compensation
- The salary range for this role is $121,750 to $165,000 a year.
