MassDOT Design-Build Projects - Currently serving as Lead Engineer and
Serving as Lead Engineer for Northern Construction on the Wareham/Marion Bridge Replacement Project, overseeing roadway design coordination, construction staging, drainage, and multidisciplinary project support services.
Create and execute project work plans
Manage project teams, accountable for budget and schedule
Manage and mentor junior staff
Ability to identify opportunities and lead strategic project pursuits
Collaborate on regional growth strategy
Develop project scope, schedule, and budget, integrating them into work plans to streamline project execution and enhance efficiency
