Responsibilities

  • MassDOT Design-Build Projects - Currently serving as Lead Engineer and
  • Serving as Lead Engineer for Northern Construction on the Wareham/Marion Bridge Replacement Project, overseeing roadway design coordination, construction staging, drainage, and multidisciplinary project support services.
  • Create and execute project work plans
  • Manage project teams, accountable for budget and schedule
  • Manage and mentor junior staff
  • Ability to identify opportunities and lead strategic project pursuits
  • Collaborate on regional growth strategy
  • Develop project scope, schedule, and budget, integrating them into work plans to streamline project execution and enhance efficiency

Compensation

  • The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Massachusetts Pay Transparency Act Massachusetts Pay Transparency Act.
