About the role

  • Ensure all activities are prioritized based on alignment to pipeline goals and business impact.
  • Integrated Campaign Execution Plan and execute repeatable co-marketing programs across digital, events, and content channels.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting Track and report on KPIs tied to engagement, conversion rates, opportunity impact, pipeline and ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Marketing Program Ownership
  • Own planning and delivery of programs that drive partner-influenced pipeline, with clear accountability to marketing targets and performance metrics.
  • Support partner-sourced pipeline in partnership with sales and partner teams.
  • Ensure all partner marketing activities are prioritized and executed based on scorecard targets and expected impact.
  • Strategic Partner Planning
  • Lead joint marketing planning with top-tier partners, aligning to campaign priorities and GTM strategy.
  • Prioritize high-impact partners while providing structured support to the broader ecosystem with the majority of time and investment focused on top-tier partners.
  • Ensure partner programs are fully integrated into global demand generation campaigns.
  • Build consistent reporting across sprint, monthly, and quarterly cadences to provide insights and recommendations that improve performance.

Requirements

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technology. Master's degree a plus
  • Experience working with advisory, SI, or technology partners
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (SFDC, marketing automation platforms)
  • Ability to operate strategically and execute hands-on
  • Strong communication skills with ability to influence and challenge stakeholders
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
