About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the testing and evaluation of features and capabilities.
- Create and execute test plans for software features
- We build and maintain software applications used worldwide to collect, process, exploit, analyze, and visualize intelligence data in near real-time.
- For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
Requirements
- Must be US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems engineering, or related field.
- Four additional years of experience may be substituted for a degree.
- 5 years of experience in intelligence data collection, planning, and exploitation.
- 5 years of experience with Testing and Evaluation.

- Current TS/SCI clearance.
- 8 years of experience as a trainer and/or subject matter expert
- Working knowledge of the various components and missions within the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense.
- Field exercise planning and execution
- Wireless communications protocols
- Python
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically frequent, iterative releases that rely on user feedback to refine features over time
- SW Testing tools and practices
- Exposure to GIS technologies
Compensation
- To support pay transparency, Vantor includes salary ranges in all U.S. job postings.
- Starting pay for this role will fall within the listed range and will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market conditions.
- Candidates who meet the minimum requirements for the role should not expect to receive compensation at the top of the range.
- The listed range reflects the expected pay for this position, and final offers will be determined based on each candidate's experience, expertise, and alignment with the role.
- The base pay for this position within Colorado is: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 - $132,000.00 annually.
