About the role

This role blends relationship management with consultative problem‑solving, working cross‑functionally to ensure clients see measurable impact from our solutions.

Grow sales within existing small/medium sized client accounts, collaborate with sales specialists to identify growth opportunities across therapeutic areas
Go "high and wide" in accounts to build relationships with potential buyers and influencers
Initiate conversations about new opportunities and partner with DHC Sales Specialists to develop and close opportunities
Work with the Customer Experience organization to optimize usage and value of DHC services
Lead critical renewals conversations
Accurately forecast opportunities and utilize CRM to manage your portfolio

Superior communication skills and proficiency crafting compelling narratives using MS Office tools
A. or B.S. degree
