Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard and manage a diverse team of ICs and TLMs; nurture our collaborative and high-velocity engineering culture.
Requirements
- Proven record scaling engineering organization from 0 -> 1 -> N in data intensive, vertical AI companies.
- A high degree of comfort digging into systems with deep technology stacks.
