About the role

CACI is seeking a New Equipment Fielder / Training Supervisor- Instructor for various US Military Devices in Fayetteville, NC.

Develops and presents complex training programs for soldiers and contractor personnel related to US Military Individual Equipment.
Conducts training programs on complex topics and designs and develops training program elements/modules.
Perform duties as Primary Instructor for Operator and Operator/Field Service Representatives courses.
Provide sustainment support for assigned equipment.

Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of related work experience.
Must have knowledge of the Army supply system, speciﬁcally the issuing of New Equipment to US Army units.
Must be able to travel up to 50% (CONUS and OCONUS).
Must have experience as a military and/or tactical instructor.
This position will be ﬁelding and training a broad spectrum of U.S. Military Personnel in the proper function, use, and maintenance of Devices and equipment as required.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$58,500 - $122,800

Requires advanced knowledge of Counter-UAS, UAS, Electronic Warfare, Firearms, Night Vision and Optics equipment typically obtained through advanced military education combined with experience.
Testing and Evaluation of trainees to measure their learning progress and to evaluate eﬀectiveness of training presentations
