About the role
- The Vice President, Leadership Excellence is a senior executive responsible for advancing Proximity's mission to strengthen leadership across Ontario hospitals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of Proximity's leadership excellence strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and stakeholder needs
- Lead, coach, and develop members of the Leadership Development team to foster excellence, accountability, and innovation
- Strong facilitation, consultation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage diverse perspectives and build alignment
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence as well as formal authority
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility and influence with senior executives, boards, and complex stakeholder groups
- Our long-term ambition is to work collaboratively with Ontario hospitals to identify, develop and ready a quality pipeline of emerging CEO talent.
Skills
- Identify opportunities to expand Proximity's impact by engaging new leadership audiences and addressing emerging leadership needs
Compensation
- Salary range commensurate with experience, plus we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including extended health and dental coverage, participation in the HOOPP defined benefit pension plan, and top-up benefits for maternity and parental leave.
