Responsibilities
- Lead architecture design across distributed, event-driven, and microservices-based systems.
- Partner with executives, product managers, and DevOps to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead client-facing technical discussions and solution architecture sessions during pre-sales engagements.
- Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to design and present proposals, technical roadmaps, and proofs of concept that address client pain points.
- Build trusted relationships with clients through strong communication, thought leadership, and credibility as a senior engineering partner.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of software development in data-centric Win32/Web applications using Microsoft tools:
- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) and their application in automation and feature engineering

Nice to have
- Preferred experience with ASP.NET, WCF, Web Services, XML, SQL Server, Windows Services, UX Design, JavaScript, CSS, Domain-Driven Design, and nServiceBus
Skills
- .NET, HTML, ASP, Microsoft SQL Server
- Expert-level understanding of relational databases (preferably MSSQL)
- Proven success leading or managing senior-level teams within Scrum/Agile environments
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and techniques, including GitHub Copilot and Prompt Engineering
- Previous leadership in Agile or SAFe-based SDLC environments
- Strong understanding of consumer lending business processes
- Ownership mindset with strong decision-making, analytical, and communication skills
- Strategic thinker capable of defining long-term software roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities
- Track record of coaching teams, improving performance, and fostering a culture of innovation and learning
- Leadership presence, calm under pressure, and a genuine team-first approach
- Broad technical curiosity across multiple programming languages, frameworks, and tools
- Skilled at balancing priorities, managing deadlines, and ensuring delivery excellence
