About the role
- Leading efforts to onboard and convert new clients into the Data Services model
- Setting up new data structures across a group of dispersed data sets, sources and formats
- Managing the data collection process, providing ongoing status reports, externally to clients and internally to management
Responsibilities
- The Manager will be responsible for a broad spectrum of responsibilities to support the investment data management and reporting needs for our clients and their private asset portfolios.
- Our teams design, implement, and operate solutions that help clients manage data, automate processes, and scale their businesses with confidence.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree focused on Data Science, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in a financial services or related role, with time spent in a management / oversight capacity
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities to ensure timely and accurate production of client deliverables
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate to all levels across the company
- Deadline-oriented with ability to multi-task and complete assigned tasks independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with an emphasis on Excel skills
Nice to have
- Candidates should have experience in an oversight role in data management, financial services, or related fields, ideally with exposure to private investment structures, with a focus on Real Assets.
- Industry designation is a plus
- Master's degree preferred
- Experience with the Real Assets sector is a plus

Compensation
- The expected base salary for the position is between $115,000 USD to $165,000 USD.
- Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
