- Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders and ensure alignment on project priorities and deliverables
- Works across Product Development, Marketing, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial organizations

- The Project Manager will partner closely with Product Development, Operations, Marketing, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- This position requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to effectively manage complex, multi-department initiatives while influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Lead and manage new product development and cross-functional business projects from initiation through commercialization
- Partner with functional teams to develop business cases, project objectives, and statements of work
- Create and maintain detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resources, budgets, communication plans, and risk mitigation strategies
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Development, Marketing, Quality, Sales Operations, or related functions
- Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience within a regulated or complex business environment
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with Lean concepts, process mapping, and operational excellence methodologies
- Experience managing New Product Development (NPD) projects
- The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with excellent organizational and communication skills who thrives in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree or MBA preferred
- PMP certification preferred
