About the role
- Responsible for implementing workflow education and training for the care management staff throughout the Prisma Health Integrated Care Management department.
- Workflow training may include new employee orientation, ongoing staff development training that is in compliance with internal and external guidelines as well as standard current practice.
- All team members are expected to be knowledgeable and compliant with Prisma Health's purpose: Inspire health.
Responsibilities
- Leads training for Integrated Care Management IT technologies.
- Works extensively with the care management team and leaders to ensure workflow is comprehensive and supports the patient populations they serve.
- Performs ongoing audits to ensure compliance with workflows and maintains operational dashboards for process improvement efforts.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
