Responsibilities
- Engaging CHROs and senior HR leaders to position Workvivo as a strategic partner.
- Developing and executing territory plans that drive pipeline growth and account expansion.
- Build trusted relationships with CHROs and senior HR decision-makers.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles lasting 6-9 months.
- Apply consultative selling skills to uncover customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on employee engagement, survey, or listening solutions.
- Show equivalent practical experience in enterprise software or HR technology sales.
Compensation
- Achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets through disciplined pipelinebmanagement.
